This was the nicest VRBO stay I have had. The house was clean, and stocked with anything we may have needed. Kevin had a binder with all information needed, including recommendations for all sorts of local things which was very helpful to us during our stay. He was very easy to get in touch with and helpful with any questions I had. We will be staying here again next time we are in Phoenix.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The location was perfect! Our host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making check-in and communication a easy. We truly felt at home and can’t wait to come back. The house was clean and very nicely furnished. Many appliances looked like they were new. The owner was great at communicating whenever I contacted him and when I asked if there was a yoga mat in the house for my zoom class, he said no but he would get one! I arrived on Tuesday and had the mat for my Wednesday AM class. Very considerate.

A lovely space

The cottage was a perfect, well-appointed space. My dogs loved the back yard, and I enjoyed the soothing tones of the interior, as well as the ginormous TV in the master! Thanks, Kevin for being so accommodating and providing the perfect accommodations!

The house was super clean and cozy!! The beds felt like clouds. The amenities in this house were awesome. He offers a pamphlet with house rules and WiFi plus recommendations on where to eat and drink around phoenix , Scottsdale and Tempe. It was very thorough. The neighborhood is quiet which is nice. The house was minutes away from Downtown , Scottsdale and Tempe. Plus the grocery store is down the street. Overall, I’d stay here again.

Absolutely Charming

Immaculately clean with all the amenities!! Loved that there were plenty of towels, toilet paper and paper towels. Also appreciated the cleaning supplies so we could tidy up after ourselves. Comfortable in every way - beds, living room, dining room and adorable well stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer definitely came in handy. All in all an absolutely wonderful stay!!!

We had a fantastic stay at Kevin’s place and would absolutely recommend it. The bed deserves a special shoutout — truly next-level comfortable, with pillows that felt like literal clouds. Sleeping here was a dream. The space was also incredibly well thought out, with plenty of plugs, ports, and chargers everywhere, which made settling in effortless.The backyard is a great spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather, and the added conveniences like laundry and an ironing board were especially appreciated — being able to refresh clothes mid-trip makes packing so much easier. The bathroom was well stocked with everything you’d need, and the bottles of water around the place were a really nice, thoughtful touch.While some might consider the area a bit rough around the edges, we personally felt comfortable and safe staying here together. Overall, this was a very comfortable, well-equipped stay with a host who clearly puts care into the guest experience.

Such a lovely home!House: Cozy, clean and very well maintained. Backyard is great for dogs.Amenities: Kitchen is fully equipped and there are lots of extras- towels, coffee, soap and shampoo. Propane tank for fire pit an BBQ was full.Neighborhood: Quiet residential street with a community park 3 blocks away; grocery store is a block away; airport, Biltmore and Arcadia shopping, hiking and restaurants are all within a 10-15 minute drive. Communication/Check in: Owner Kevin is a SUPER communicator- accommodating and quick to reply.Overall: Great price for a lovely home. Highly recommend. especially if you are traveling with your furry friend.

The house was exceptionally clean and well stocked. There was even shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathroom as well as a lot of towels and washcloths for us. The beds were very soft and comfortable. There were large TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. The backyard was walled in so our puppy dogs were safe. The kitchen had all the necessities. it was centrally located, but as with many large cities, there were a great deal of homeless wandering around, but we felt safe because of the upgraded door lock, and steel security door. The home was located near grocery stores and other conveniences. It was close to downtown Phoenix. It only took us 12 minutes to drive to the arena for the concert.
