Proudly clean, Quiet, Safe! Walk to downtown Alpharetta/Avalon. Lots of restaurants, coffee, ice cream, shopping, dog parks HWY 400: 5 min(exit 10, 1.6 miles) Ameris Bank Amphitheater: 7 min, 2.2 miles Downtown Alpharetta: 2 min drive/11 min walk, 0.5 miles Avalon:<5 min drive/16 min walk, 1 mile Work Friendly: Desk, 27" monitor, white board & strong Wi-Fi Comfortable: King size, super comfortable beds in both bedrooms Renovated Feb ‘24. It's my passion to help ensure your great experience. Close to Avalon luxury shopping, downtown restaurants, grocery/drug stores, and parks…it really is a convenient location for your stay. Two car off-street parking is available in front of the home and there is room for an additional car if needed on street. Feel free to contact us by text message. Almost always have the phone with me and check it frequently. Feel free to adjust the temperature to your liking by turning the temperature dial on the Nest thermostat.
