Charming Private Very Romantic Studio. Pool access.

This very spacious and comfortable suite has been set up for a relaxing and joyful stay. You'll have your own access to the room through the backyard sliding glass door, as well as a key to lock the room. The suite is furnished with a California King Bed, and Queen size memory foam pull out Sofa-Sleeper.
Free WiFi, TV with Hulu and Netflix apps. Very useful kitchenette equipped with a microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, electric kettle, etc...
You will have your own private 24 hours backyard sliding door access with your own key, and full and entire privacy during the day. The door into host family's area is permanently locked.

Suite furnished with California King Bed, and Queen size memory foam pull out Sleeper Sofa. We care about your pleasure and comfort. The studio is supplied with lots of kitchenware, additional blankets, useful bath essentials, and an electric fireplace. Bedding for additional guests and a sofa-sleeper is ready to use - outfitted with sheets and pillowcases, as well as a European-style duvet - just crawl under the covers and sleep!

Freshly remodeled and furnished with new cabinets, furniture and appliances.

New, super comfortable Ca- King mattress, brand new, washed, ironed and fragrant luxury European Stile Cotton Bedding, with oversize down pillows.

The studio features a little kitchenette with small refrigerator and is complete with all electrical appliances you need to feel comfortable such as teapot, coffeemaker, toaster and microwave.

The host communicated about a local power outage and later on how the issue was resolved, this was very considerate of them to do so before my arrival. The location is a 20 minute drive to Sac/CalExpo and very close to late night dining options, major plus. Very clean and well furnished amenities, comfy bed with an adorable kitchenette. Cozy, Comfy, Great Location!

The property was as described. Lovely landscaping, a nice pool area, a comfortable bed, kitchenette well-stocked, owners responded immediately to our questions. Plenty of parking. Also located in a nice neighborhood close to shopping, banking, gas, and restaurants. If you stay here be sure to visit the nearby Leatherby's Family Dairy Ice Cream Parlor, we went three times this week! We recommend this property and would stay here again the next time we travel this way. Thanks very much for a great experience.

My Husband and I first stayed at this property mid-June, 2017, for several days. Just loved it. We were so pleased, upon arriving home, we chose to reserve again for the upcoming Holidays. We were able to visit the area again last week, and were able to reserve these wonderful accommodations again for several days. The reason this will be "our" place to choose each time we return to the area is simply because it is so special. Very peaceful, very clean, very charming unit with plenty of room. Comfy and convenient

Stayed here while in town for a week-long training seminar. Location was perfect and quiet. I was surprised by a flock of turkeys strolling down the sidewalk when getting into my car one morning, but otherwise nothing out of the norm. It was nice to have a king bed, although memory foam and I are not the best of friends (some people love it, but I like more support). The only sink is in the bathroom, which felt odd for washing dishes, but I enjoyed having a kitchenette and the option of BBQ outside. All interaction with hosts was online, but I never had a problem, or questions to ask, so that was fine for me. I had a number to call if I needed it. Other renters in adjacent units were pleasant and quiet. Friendly when we both shared the patio area.

“leave the unit in the same condition you found it“

I love water but both the bathtub and the pool were not clean enough to even consider using. The email I received touched on the room being cold (because the AC is shared between all rooms) and suggested opening the window, (the email also suggest “or don’t book the room” rude much?) however I am a women traveling alone and didn’t feel safe leaving the window open. So I froze all night even with the extra blanket I pulled out of the closet. But what really made me mad? Not only was there a surprise cleaning fee of $XX when I booked my room, I got a text the day of check out telling me to leave the unit the way I found it! I am not cleaning my own room if I have to pay $XX for you to clean it! Especially since the bathtub was gross with dirt and grim. I guess the last guest didn’t clean it enough? The only plus side to this room? The bed was comfy but because of the state of the tub I questioned the state of cleanliness of it and didn’t sleep soundly.

Comfortable and Convenient

We were here visiting our sons. The property was conveniently located. Very comfortable and quiet. If you are picky, like me, about your toilet paper, I recommend bringing your own. We always bring our own wash clothes, hand towels, and toilet tissue. That way we don’t risk staining the owners stuff. Everything was well stocked. Overall, an awesome choice for us.

Great for quiet time!

Clean, easy access, great pool and outdoor area. I was working a Mermaid C, so appreciated having a quiet place to regroup. I would stay here again.
