Bring the whole family, or your co-workers, to this great place with lots of room for fun! Located on the East side of Southern Shores. Walk out of your driveway and down the road 75 yards and your toes are in the sand, steps away from the Atlantic Ocean. Conveniently located to all the happenings of Kitty Hawk and Duck with quick access the main bypass road that takes you to all that OBX has to offer down to Hatteras and beyond!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Leave in a pile in hamper or bathroom. Start a load of towels if you would like - not a request! Leave beds alone - do not strip!

Remove all trash from house (kitchen, bathroom, etc) place in dumpster outside of house. Make sure all dishes are clean, dry and put away.

Turn all lights off. Set AC to 74 in summer and Heat to 68 in the winter at departure. Lock all doors & windows at your departure. If a key was used please put it back in lockbox.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
