Also mere seconds to lesser-known waterfalls, hiking trails and picturesque spots on the Pemi for swimming, tubing, kayaking, sunning, etc.
Golf at the Jack-0 in two minutes!
Of course, reaching all 3 major ski resorts (Loon/Cannon/ Waterville) couldn't be easier as we are centrally located just off 93.
OR STAY PUT AND RELAX: families will love this spacious alternative to condos, with three levels to spread out, incl. walk-out family room that opens to private yard.

Clean, comfortable and quiet, yet convenient to everything, 'The Bear House' is a great alternative to crowded condos and hotels. And without having to park a mile from the door!. This is NOT an investment property ... it is our home away from home and we use the Bear House as many weekends and non-school days as we can, so we make sure it as welcoming as it can be.
We can accommodate most requests, including flexible check-ins and checkouts. Must be 28 to rent the house. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. NO FIREWORKS
