It's a house with 4 bedrooms and private pool, a 28.000 m² estate in a quiet, private place with beautiful views. It has a large kitchen. The villa is located in the south of Mallorca, to 9 Km to Santanyi. 15 minutes by car to the beaches of Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, Sa Ràpita and Sa Coloni. Distance to the airport: 35 km. It is more a rustic house of Majorcan style. New construction and consists of 250 m². It is located on a field, very calm and ideal for children. We recommend visiting one of the weekly markets that take place in the small villages nearby, or taking a refreshing swim in the crystal clear water of such magnificent natural beaches as Es Trenc, Ses Covetes. The lovers of golf will find it only 15 km to the beautiful golf course: Son Antem. The house is located some 4 km from the town of Campos. In Campos you will find all the services: supermarkets, gas stations, pharmacies, restaurants, banks etc. The Sa Vinya House has also a ping pong table.

Spacious and peaceful base for exploring Majorca !

Everything was great ….., except the weather which is beyond anyone’s control ! Visited several towns and campos and sentanyi have some good restaurants!

Schönes Haus in ländlicher Lage

Das Haus liegt recht abgeschieden. Für einen Wanderurlaub in Kombination mit einem Mietwagen war das aber für uns völlig OK. Das Haus und der Außenbereich waren sauber und ordentlich. Leider gab es an zwei Tagen Probleme mit der Wasserpumpe, die aber vom Vermieter sofort behoben wurden. Der Vermieter war einfach zu erreichen und immer freundlich.

Perfect finca escape

We really enjoyed our stay at the finca,it had everything we needed for our stay and was immaculately clean. Toni was a great host, with excellent communication. The Music speaker stopped working and within ten minutes of contacting Toni someone arrived to fix it! Looking forward to returning again soon!

Schöne Finca mit kleinen Fehlern

Schön gepflegte Finca mit echtem Rasen in abgeschiedener Lage. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, es war alles super bis auf zwei Tatsachen: 1. Es gibt keine Sonnenschirme, und für 8 Personen gibt es nicht genug Schattenplätze unter den Bäumen. Wir haben sogar einen Schirm gekauft und auch dort gelassen. 2. Der Pool ist undicht, so dass am Pooleingang immer eine große Pfütze bildet, von der alle möglichen Insekten trinken. Sieht etwas unschön aus, schlimm ist es aber nicht. Es gibt übrigens auch eine Tischtennisplatte, was ja nicht in der Anzeige steht. Allerdings gab es nur noch einen kaputten Ball.

An absolutely beautiful holiday house.

The house is situated down a country lane half way between Campos and Santanyi, both towns being easliy accessible for shope and restaurants. The house is very clean and wonderfully furnished to a very high standard, with plenty of utensils and crockery, aalso wardrobe space. During the day it is so peaceful the only sounds which can be heard are the rustle of the palm leaves, the water in the pool and an occasional bird. In the evening the pool lights came on together with lights around the perimeter wall shing through the foliage. The only sound then was that of the crickets. Tis a pity we only stayed a week but would have no hesitation in returning here or to another of Tonis villas.
