The home comfortable sleeps guests with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and a bunk bed (twin over full). There are 1.5 bathrooms, fully stocked with towels, basic essentials, and a hairdryer for your convenience.
Unwind in the cozy living room, which also features a sofa bed for additional sleeping space. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals during your stay.
Step outside to enjoy a private, spacious setting with a fenced backyard, plenty of parking for an RV and boat. The garage includes a large deep freeze freezer-perfect for storing your catch after a day on the river. Fish processing area for your catch of the day!
Conveniently located just 1,5 miles from downtown Soldotna and 2 miles from the world-renowned Kenai River. This property offers both comfort and accessibility.
Pet-friendly with prior approval (non-refundable deposit required for pets)

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please strip the sheets off slept in beds
Please load dirty dishes in dishwasher and start
Any found personal items will be returned to guests
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking is only allowed outside. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. There is a firepit in the backyard which can be used until 2am.
No fish processing in the house, there is a fish processing station area on the property and large deep freezer for your use.
