Stylish Retreat on Private Crescent Beach

Brand new pool !

Our place on the #1 Siesta Key beach is near Siesta Key village, quiet turtle beach, downtown Sarasota, Lido Key, St Armand s circle and LongBoat Key. You’ll love our place because of the location, and the ambiance. The best feature - few steps to private Crescent beach (no hike across busy streets to get to the beautiful crystal sands!)
The building is on a quiet street with no through traffic making it a pleasure to roam safely.

Our unit was not at all damaged by the 2 major hurricanes in 2024. Renovations to other units are wrapping up.

Oh my goodness! Talk about a bit of heaven on earth! Everything about this place is amazing! The space is adorable and has everything one needs to enjoy vacation, from wine glasses to towels to beach toys. The beach is right there and the grounds are so nicely kept! My favorite motto is " be the change you want to see in the world" it applies to so many things. I could never live without my family, a good dark roast coffee or the beach. We visit and use our beach place often, it is an extension of our home.

New to VRBO and Homeaway. After owning this unit for 9 years we are happy to reveal a complete renovation. We have taken all into consideration and bringing a new kitchen and bath along with new floors, paint and furnishings.
