The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
None of these are mandatory (except picking up after pups) but if you have time, we would greatly appreciate it!
Pick up after your pup outside please!
Turn off pool heat if you used it during your stay.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest must notify us of any cleanliness issues upon arrival. Guests must clean grill after use. Violation of this will result in a $100 cleaning fee.
Animals are not to be left unattended. If guest leaves, the animal must be kenneled.
Absolutely no parties. Violation of this rule will result in a minimum fine of $2000 and citations from local law enforcement.
