The apartment is 5 blocks from the beach and 4 blocks from Quinta Av, 2 blocks from Mega, a large supermarket and 1 block from Dac, a great independent grocery store with fresh produce, spices and some organic foods. The apartment has a washer and dryer machine. cable TV, Two Rooms with king size bed, A/C, fan, terrace and privet bathroom.

The condominium has 24hr security & pretty pool

The apartment has many restaurants very close like nativo and ceiba that are one block where you can have juice of many fruits. Also and sport center that is 2 blocks away Mario Villanueva that has tenis and basket ball courts. Also has a running track.

Excellent condo with everything you need . The location is really close to supermarkets and the fifth ave. Very spacious place for up to six. We were just 3 and it was a excellent choice for us. Hope to be back soon..

Great stay!

We had a great stay! It is in a great location within 5 minutes walking distance to Mega (the grocery/liquor/everything store) and 5th (the bourbon street of Playa). The doorman was not at the gate when we went to check in but when I reached out to Carlos he was extremely responsive and he contacted the doorman who let us in within minutes. The neighbors were all welcoming, polite, and chatted with us when we were at the pool. It is a no-frills stay, but it has everything you need when on vacation. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We stay at Carlos place for 1 month,i love it,it ´s close to the grossery Mega ,restaurant, the beach is juste 15 min walk and 10 min to de famuse 5 av .The condo is very clean ,we did not use the climatation just open the 3 doors patio and the air is circulate . I recommand Carlos place verry much .

Perfect budget option for families

Overall we enjoyed our stay and found the condo to be clean, relatively quiet and very family friendly. Pros: Easy walking distance to the beach Quiet neighborhood, with the condo being really good about respecting quiet time at night Lots of other families with children in the complex Several funky little neighborhood breakfast spots nearby Cons: Furniture was low to the ground which may be an issue for some Pictures showed small desks in the bedrooms and other minor pieces of decoration but we found the unit to be rather sparsely decorated We had issues with the master bedroom's AC off and on the entire trip

Dommage! Appartement mal entretenue et sale.Le propriétaire nous a fait perdre 2hr a notre arrivé

Le propriétaire a confondue ses adresse et réservation. Heureusement nous avions une voiture, il nous fait tourné en rond ! Lorsque nous somme arrivé a l'appartement il n'y avais pas de réception, comme il me l'avait mentionné, après que je lui ai demander 3 x le processus de prise en charge de la location. Bref nous avons perdu 2 heures et pensions-nous être fait arnaqué . En ce qui concerne l'appartement ,il n'y avait pas d'eau potable ,le lavage des serviettes et draps n'étaient pas complétés ,pas de couverture, pas suffisamment oreiller, cuisine très salle et mal équipée, pas d'ouvre bouteille ,pas de passoire et des casserole qui font peur, pas de séchoir a cheveux et un malaxeur pas de lames .Le propriétaire ma donné une façons de communique avec lui plus facilement , après que nous aillons eux tout ces problèmes a notre arrivé . , La porte jardin ne se barrait pas ,j'ai du lui demander un bâton pour mettre dans la raille . Une des toilettes était bloquée a notre arriver, il a proposer d'envoyer quelqu'un 7 jours après notre arrivé, nous lui avons dit de laisser faire par contre nous avons par contre demander une bouteille d'eau qu'il ne nous a pas procurer. Donc il y as d'autre appartement en location dans ce complexe faite affaire avec les autres propriétaire ,nous avons aimés l’emplacement et les dimension de l'appartement ,mais malheureusement le propriétaire n'entretien pas sa propriété, les portes d'armoire arraché a force usure .... et avec l’erreur qu'Il avait déjà fait a notre arrivé, il aurai du au minimum s'assurer que le reste était bien .

Great Location!!

This condo is in a very nice complex that has a great location just a few blocks off 5th Avenue but in a quiet little neighborhood. The condo was clean and spacious and the kitchen was well equipped but there were also many great little local restaurants very close by.
