We lucked out by staying at this property. Some VRBO's will use random pieces to fill their home (which I understand as having others come through as well as it being a secondary residence) but this was very well thought out from wall decor, to bedding, and other touches of home. The pool was fantastic, plenty of seating in the lanai which we utilized both daily. The host was easy to communicate with and quite fast in responses. There were some kid toys, family games, beach items, and pool toys available for use. The kitchen was amazingly stocked and labeled which made it easy to clean up after meals at the house. This home was a blessing to our trip! There was so much available I felt I could move in.
