Our host was very prompt in responding to our messages. Check in and out instructions were easy to follow. The apartment was in a decent neighborhood and we felt safe. The only issue we had was that being in the basement apartment you can hear lots of noise from above. Other than that it for our needs perfectly.

The property was clean and neat. I enjoyed the property. The only negatives was, I did not sleep well because all you could hear was the feet of those above the apartment all day long. Sounded like children running around. Also, when you are walking down the stairs to the apartment there is a smell in the hallway.

Good for the price

The property is clean and functional. It’s a basement apartment without AC so keep that in mind for warmer months. Busy neighborhood so backing out of the driveway on weekday mornings is tricky.

Hello, thank you for your detailed review. Our apartment does have central air, sorry you didn't realize that, had you asked we would have helped you. We didn't mention it or have any fan down there because it hasn't been hot enough yet. Unfortunately we live on a busy road but there is space for most cars to tuen around and not have to back into the road. Hosts were friendly.some noise from hosts upstairs was noticeable. Fit and finish of the apartment was dreadful. Kitchen meagerly stocked. Access to apartment was down a steep narrow flight of stairs with a turn. Yard available for the dog was full of trash. Would not include the adjective 'charming' in the description.

I am so surprised, we have recently painted and replaced the floors, all furniture is new and modern. Kitchen has pots pans cups bowls plates silverware spices oil and coffee. As well as miscellaneous canned and boxed food items. Microwave toaster oven cooktop blender….what more can you need in a kitchen? It seems like you’re really trying to hurt our family business. The backyard does not have trash, maybe children’s toys scattered. I am shocked you described a place we worked so hard on “dreadful”. Please don’t stay in a home/apt next time, book a hotel.

Sehr freundliche Kommunikation. Genug Platz ist vorhanden, aber auch hellhörig. Man hört jeden Schritt von der oberen Etage. Die Küche müsste besser geputzt werden, es waren kleine Tierchen in der Schublade und Mäusekot unterm Sofa.

I enjoy living in this neighborhood as it's close to everything I need on a daily basis, it's located in between 2, Abington, Holbrook and 7 minutes to south Weymouth. To me it's the safest neighborhood
