*Private pool is open end of May to September/October as long as weather is stable over 65F. Community pool is open from Memorial Day till Labor Day.

Tesla charger is available but is subject to addtl fee.

KITCHEN and DINING: Fully equipped kitchen with pots&pans, Keurig coffee machine, mixing bowls, etc. Large extendable dining table to sit 14.

GAME ROOM: pool table, ping pong, air hockey, 2 arcade machines, arcade basketball with 10 games.
Trampoline is for kids only. One child at a time up to 100lb.

POOL and OUTDOOR RULES:
No glassware at the pool patio.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Pool is currently closed for the season. Do not walk over the pool cover.
Use paddle boat and kayak responsibly and at your own risk.

QUIET HOURS: 10pm - 8am. Violation is subject to $500 fine. Please be respectful of our neighbors. This is truly a peaceful and serene place.

All guests must be 25 or older, except for children staying with their parents. Reservations booked for persons under 25yo are subject to cancellation or $1000 security deposit. Proof of ID is required at the time of booking. Failure to provide within 48th of booking may result in reservation cancellation.

No fireworks. No glitter. No confetti. No candles. No pets. No parties. No events. No guests. No smoking of any kind.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Do not leave garbage outside - bears and deer are very common to this area.

No street parking (anywhere in the community). There are two driveways: gravel and asphalt.

Blue Mountain Lake is a non-motor boating lake.
Squirrels, deer, bears, beavers, spiders - they were here first :)

There are five outside cameras: front door, left&right side of the house overlooking driveways, and left&right side overlooking back entrances.

Some closets are locked for owners use.

We are happy to offer early check-in/late check-out when possible at additional charge.

Other things to note
The property located in Blue Mountain Lake community. All guests must complete a registration form at least one day before arrival.

25m/hr speed limit. Violations to be paid by the guest.

Please note the house in a beautiful location in nature and there are animals like deer, groundhogs, foxes, etc. We installed solar powered ultrasonic animal repellents around the property which make sound and vibration noises. If sound is bothersome, please feel free to turn them off (there is an off/on switch on the bottom under solar panel, but please turn them on before you leave.

We do provide some floaties for the pool, please keep them out of the pool when not in use.

To enjoy the lake there are: a 4-5 seater paddleboat, two adult 2-seater kayaks, one adult single seater kayak and 2 youth kayaks (up to 100 pounds).
