Welcome to our cozy two-bedroom cottage in the heart of Hocking Hills. We are les than 10 minutes from Old Man's cave, Ash Cave and John Glenn Astronomy Park. Relax in comfort with one king size and one queen beds, WIFI, full AC and heating, and a five-person hot tub which is emptied, cleaned and refilled after every guest. Unwind on the wrap around porch with a swing, fire pit and gas grill. Inside, the fully equipped kitchen features a full-size fridge, a small gas stove, 8 cup Mr. Coffee pot, and all cookware you need. We're dog-friendly (there is a $50.00 pet fee for up to 2 dogs) so bring your fur baby along!! We provide essentials like shampoo, condition, and body wash and we are always available if you need anything during your stay. We can't wait to host you for a memorable getaway in Hocking Hills.

We absolutely loved this place. It was only a 10 minute drive to the state park and about a 20 minute drive to Logan, the location was great. The hot tub felt amazing after our long hikes. This was our first time in hocking hills and we’ll definitely be back, if this cabin is available I’d stay here again! It was awesome being able to bring our dog with us too!

This place was in the perfect spot to be able to get to all trails. It was pet friendly, which was one of the main reasons we chose this location and the added perk of having a hot tub. It had a unique design which was cute, simple and homey. Check-in was a breeze, and the hosts were very accommodating. If you happen to have forgotten something, they have a little drawer for all things you could possibly need in the bathroom. We loved our stay and plan on coming back again next year!

It was a challenge getting to the cabin because of torrential rains that flooded our route. We called Tara and Mike and they gave us an alternate route to take…so appreciated the help! Once we arrived, the rain continued and caused us to come up with plans other than hiking and exploring. The cabin is very nice inside and out. We enjoyed the fire pit between downpours and also enjoyed the hot tub. We caught up on some movies we wanted to watch and just enjoyed a relaxing time. Although Mother Nature didn’t cooperate, we had a great time at the cabin and look forward to coming back to Acorn Cottage! Beautiful cabin, easy check-in, and everything we expected.
