Loved having privacy on a trip home to visit family. Quiet, clean, comfortable and perfectly located in La Dera Heights, quick access to Culver City, Marina Del Rey, and central L.A. I plan to come back soon.

This is a very cute space, elegantly decorated in a seaside theme. The neighborhood is also very nice. Parking was conveniently located right next to the door. I especially appreciated the nightlights, which are helpful navigating the space at night!

This cozy and accommodating place is in a perfect, quiet, safe, and welcoming neighborhood. It’s an ideal spot for neighborhood walks and people-watching. Monikka, the host, was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The little touches, like the clean smelling towels, fluffy pillows, and mini fridge stocked with sodas and waters, covered parking, truly made us feel like part of the family.

Excellent suite for a short stay! Very comfortable, quiet and absolutely lovely neighborhood. Plus was that it was convenient for every place I had to visit. I plan to return in May when I have my next appointment in LA.

This unit is beautifully decorated with great amenities. It is a totally separate suite from the main house with carport parking. Love this location in a quiet, beautiful and safe neighborhood with easy access to shopping, restaurants, freeways, LAX, West LA and beaches. Will stay again next visit. THANKS

Great stay!!

We stayed for five days while recovering from a surgery done in the area. The home was cute, very comfortable bed, private coded entrance and covered car port. Felt homey and relaxing. Host was very accommodating, offered further assistance when discovered we were there for a surgery. Quiet neighborhood, we enjoyed a walk around the block the first night there. Would recommend!

This was the best vacation stay I’ve ever had that wasn’t a hotel. Monikka’s Sunset Suite was perfect for my needs. Very close to my family. Centrally located near the airport, Marina Del Rey, and Culver City. It was cozy, quiet and comfortable. I’m a writer. I stayed in one of my days here to write. I sat by the window, all day at the little writing desk to meet my deadline! Can’t do that when I’m staying with family! Hey! I can write off the stay! I will come back. In fact, L.A. is my home away from my home in Texas. I would like to move in! My husband can stay in Texas! Thank you, Monikka!

Great place!

It was exactly what we were looking for. We were in LA to visit our newborn grandson and the place was just 10 minutes away. It fit our needs nicely. Nice house and neighborhood. Monikka was very friendly, and made sure that everything was working for us. We will defiantly stay here again when we return in the Spring.

In a very nice quiet neighborhood was perfect for one or two people, and the host was wonderful. She thought of every little detail. For some of the things you might need. It was beautifully decorated. I would go back in a heart beat
