The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1) Leave the beds unmade and place used towels in the tub. 2) Load dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle.
3) Empty the refrigerator of your items. 4) Place all trash in the outdoor trash can.
5) Lock all exterior doors, close the garage, and turn off the stove and lights.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please inform the host before bringing pets Guests are required to clean up pet wastes before checkout; a $50 fee will be charged for any left behind
2. No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes inside the house or the garage. Guests will be charged a cleaning fee of $750 if found violating the rule.

This home is so beautiful! It is also in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. There is plenty of driveway space. The home is very spacious and the bathrooms and bedrooms are amazing. The home is very clean and the entertainment through Roku was a plus. The host even provided games and bottled water. Amazing communication and I would definitely stay at again!!! I highly recommend!!

We were in town for Emory graduation weekend and it was a great place to stay. Very quiet neighborhood and easy to get around. Although Atlanta traffic is something else! Everything was very clean, easy to get in with the code and description was as described on VRBO. We had ample towels and appreciated the soaps in the bathrooms and the coffee for the coffee maker. We did find out that water pressure for showers was best if there was one shower going at a time. No big deal to us. We did not bring our pet or have small kids with us but there was a portable crib in the closet. The recommendation for pizza from the host was great and they GF option was tasty. The beds were extremely comfortable. I would recommend this property and stay again if I was in the area.
