NO SPEEDING!! 15 MPH is strictly enforced. We have lots of pedestrians on the road at all hours, and a cat colony, and turtle nursery to keep safe ❤️
NO HOUSE PARTIES Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
NO SMOKING or VAPING of ANY kind indoors. There's an ashtray outside.
