The 2 full bathrooms come equipped with a hair dryer for your convenience. A wagon, cooler and beach toys provided. FREE PARKING just 11 STEPS to the FRONT DOOR. LARGE OUTDOOR DECK for relaxing outdoor time.
EAST of Rt. 17 and CLOSE TO THE BEACH!! Between 16th and 17th Ave. Walking distance to MOLLY DARCY'S IRISH PUB AND RESTAURANT on the beach and the NEW MARGARITAVILLE!! Even Closer walk to MR. G'S ICE CREAM on 17th. Both streets have PUBLIC BEACH ACCESS AND PARKING.

The Hogan Beach House was incredible. Great location. So close to the beach and anywhere else you would want to go. My husband and friends and I stayed for a week while attending a wedding nearby and had the best and most relaxing stay. Such a cute house, great decor, and the owners are so nice! Would 10/10 recommend!

The home was beautiful and perfect! We had everything we needed for a stay at thr beach. It was so close to the ocean and within walking distance to many shops! It was so beautifully decorated as well! We would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!!!

Very very very nice home, so much I would like to request each time I come down to the beach. Everything was in walking or driving distance. I loved the walk to the beach, shops, food and nice ppl. Amazing stay, amazing area. No complients but a few bugs (I can't stand bugs). But I know because of climate they will be around.

Google directions and check in very easy. The hosts are very knowledgeable and helpful. House of Hogan is OUTSTANDING!!! Very spacious and updated along with the beach decor this house is great. The house is extremely clean and has pretty much anything you will need. They have everything you will want to take to the beach. I loved the covered patio porch. The neighborhood is very quiet with friendly neighbors. Short walk to the beach and to a few restaurants and gift shops. The location for driving is close to grocery stores and restaurants and shopping. If I could give more than 5 stars I would positively do so. This is a wonderful beach house!

For us the house was in a prime area. Close in proximity to everything. The walk to rhe beach was short n sweet, clean safe neighborhood, front row parking, the house was very clean and very cozy.
