We rented the cottage and our friends rented the cabin. We loved it. The one thing to keep in mind is if you rent the cottage only with anyone else the cottage has another bedroom but the bathroom is in the main bedroom. Friends said the cabin was small but perfect for them. The pictures for the cabin are spot on. You can see what space you are getting. When we were all together we hung out in the cottage or the multiple different sitting areas on the property. The cottage felt bigger to me than the pictures indicate. Very peaceful and a short drive to MT Dora. The view is great and we enjoyed getting to see the horses on the adjacent property.Communication with owner was A.Best thing I can say is all of us would rent again and probably will do so during cooler months.
