Access Apartment #2 located to the left.
Upon entering the home, you will enter into the living area which is divided by a bar that separates the full sized kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances. To the left of the refrigerator is the laundry area with full sized washing and drying units.
Upstairs is the cozy loft with an area for lounging and an office for studying or business. Through the loft the bathroom is on the left with a luxury shower/bath with custom tile and dual vanity. To the right is a walk in closet with hangars, storage and a safe.
At the end of the hall is the master suite behind the rolling barn door.

- Please gather ALL trash throughout the home and place in the kitchen trash can.
- (In the event that the trash is full during your stay, there is a green dumpster on the side of the home)
- Please turn off all lights and appliances other than heating and AC units.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Cute property, very enjoyable space to stay in. And I loved having a grill! Location near the Memorial Park was nice for running and due to the balloon festival. Would definitely want to stay again.
I had a great stay at this place. It is perfectly situated near downtown so getting to the local restaurants and breweries and other great activities was easy. The home was very clean and well updated and fully stocked with all that a visitor would need to be comfortable. The owner was easy to contact and very prompt on responses.
Our stay was great! The house was super cute, clean, and exactly as described. It was very comfortable, cozy, and a relaxing place to stay. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating when we requested to check in early. Extremely close to downtown and Memorial Park and a short drive to many different attractions. We would definitely stay here again!!
Born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. Growing up, my parents always had family & friend visiting from different parts of the US. I always enjoyed when they would stay, as they would share stories about their lives and where they had been. This led my heart to wanting to host others and provide a welcoming home for them to stay in.
Living in Colorado is a HUGE treat for us! We get to partake in our favorite outdoor activities such as snowboarding, hiking, camping and climbing!

Prior to living in Colorado, I lived in Alaska and Montana. While these places were amazing and I have my fair share of incredible memories, they were secluded from other and a broader sense of connection.
I love downtown Colorado Springs. It offers the perfect balance of city life and outdoor activities. Also, might I add, the view of Pikes Peak never gets old!
