JULIA'S STUDIO SEA VIEW NAXOS in a beautiful SEA VIEW house

STUDIO in a beautiful SEA VIEW house built in Cycladic "white - blue" style, situated in Agkidia, a tiny old village, just 3 kilometers from the center of Naxos town (called "Chora").
A perfect place for short/long-term vacation for anybody who wants to live in a little village, but being very close to Naxos town and Agh. Gheorghio’s beach! Having CAR/MOTORBIKE strongly ADVISABLE!
Situated on the ground floor of the maisonnette above, you may enjoy a lovely garden in the front of the house with an olive tree and flower/aromatic plants.
An independent full furnished studio apartment, with kitchenette, bathroom, a little living room with good space for a sleeping couch with 2 beds.
Comfortable double-bed sofa, brand new electric cookers with oven, brand new fridge, built-in table, chairs, wardrobe, cupboard, 2 fans (a ceiling one plus a standing one).
In the external storage place for garden tools, you can find the brand new washing machine that you may share with the maisonnette guests above, if present.
This studio has its own entrance, a nice terrace with traditional round metal table and chaise longue, and fantastic view to the sea. It is available one car place you may share with the maisonnette guests above, if present.
Ideal solution for a couple of guests or for 2 teenagers in the family.

Contact point : PROTO TOURISM OFFICE located at the port, end of pier. He will take you home (transfer not included). If asked, he can provide you with a car/quad/scooter. In this case tell him before arrival since, especially in high season, availability could be difficult.

W.C.: do not throw anything in the W.C., just put rubbish in the bin then take it to the rubbish skip down the road. Risk: blocking the exhaust pipe that is very narrow, as usual in Greece.
WASHING MACHINE : it is in the storage below the staircase (studio level). Common use for both structures. Operating it it’s very simple, though you’ll find a booklet (English version) with full instructions just on top.
INTERNET – According to our contract, connection is working from June, 1 until September, 30; then again one month around Christmas, one month around Easter.
One of our neighbours keeps a dog in his garden. He uses to bark sometimes during the day but never in the night, that’s why guests are not allowed to keep pets.
Guests are supposed to respect our neighbours always avoiding unpleasant noises, especially between 14:30/17:30 and after 23:00.
WATER
Here you are a detail you may find interesting: the municipality acqueduct water is not so tasty. Instead buying mineral water, you can easily fill up bottles of good water at the free fountains you can find at aprx. 100 m from the house. One on the corner aside the bus stop, another one by the church in Agkidia little square.
