[fixed stay of 7 nights, from the 2nd till the 9th of August]
Two bedroom apartment, one double bed in the suite and the other room with 2 single beds. 2 additional beds in the living room. 2 toilets, kitchen with cutlery, oven and microwive. Maximum of 6 persons. Very nice 180 degrees sea view from a 6th floor, veranda with enough room for all to dine.
Free of charge fantastic swimming pool with baby pool, diving board, and 2 water slides perfect for youngsters. Also, indoor pool, jacuzzi, spa, restaurant, bar, entertainment and shops private to the Condo are available at a reasonable extra price. Right in front of marvelous Oura Beach. Very near from Albufeira/Montechoro night life but far enough not to have any inconvinience. This apartment has all usual hotel facilities, like daily cleaning and towels.
Outstanding value for money.

Wonderful family vacation in a great apartment

We had a wonderful family vacation in the apartment of host João. The apartment is on the 6th floor with a fantastic sea view. It is very spacious and clean, has a large balcony and good, very comfortable beds. Everything you need was there and we felt very comfortable. The daily cleaning and towel change service was also great for us as a family! The location is really unbeatable - right on the beach, less than 5 minutes on foot and a wide range of restaurants. The complex also has several pools, including water slides, which are also very well maintained and not too crowded. The children were particularly happy. I would also like to emphasize the great communication with host João from start to finish. He was always available, took great care of us and gave us great recommendations. Férias em família

Apartamento muito agradável, a precisar de melhorias visto já se notar algum desgaste. Na cozinha falta um forno, pois só tem micro-ondas com grill. Limpeza diária é um fator a melhorar. Localização, vistas, piscinas e acesso à praia são excelentes! De salientar a disponibilidade do anfitrião, muito simpático e super disponível.

Vou trabalhar com o condomínio para melhorar a manutenção e sobre a limpeza, conforme falámos, sei que podia ter sido melhor mas já estou também a endereçar o tema, as minhas desculpas. Nestes aspetos as coisas sempre correram bem, mas neste ano pós-pandemia, é um mal que tem afetado muitos serviços, com falta de pessoal por todo o lado. Mobiliário e equipamentos a necessitar de melhorias face ao preço praticado. Ar condicionado do quarto de casal não refrigera e não tem forno, apenas micro-ondas com grill... A localização e acesso a banhos, tanto piscina como praia, são excelentes.
