The home is equipped with full kitchen, hot water & electricity 24/7.
It's is equipped with a propane BBQ for the guest to use.
Laundry is on site; electrical washer&dryer. 2 out of 3 bedrooms are equipped with AC, fans are available for extra comfort. It's also equipped with 2 full bathrooms plus a guest washroom

Parking for two cars is available inside the garage plus two extra parking spaces on driveway.

The property is Close to everything 3 minute drive to the beaches, 5 minutes to El Malecón, 7 minute drive to the city, El Teleférico.

You get a taste of all worlds. It's in the country side across the street from the ocean and beaches. Everything is very close to the property within minutes of walking or driving.
It's very nice to relax in the house surrounded by mountains.
