Location: Our home is conveniently located:
* 2.5 miles from Koteewi Park (historic park with canoe launch, fishing, zip lining, archery range, hiking trails and more)
* 3 miles from Purgatory Golf Club
* 8 miles from Ruoff Music Center
* 14 miles from Grand Park Sports Campus
* And minutes away from local restaurants, coffee shops, and retail stores

Parking Details:
* Outdoor Parking: Guests are welcome to park in front of the house. Please note that we can only accommodate up to 2 cars.

HOUSE RULES:

1. Parties are not allowed on the property or inside of the home. All guests must be registered/disclosed.

2. No smoking or vaping allowed inside of the home.

3. Pet Policy (Dogs Only)
• Up to 2 well-behaved, house-broken dogs allowed.
• Dogs must not be left unattended outside.
• Dogs may be left alone inside only if they are calm and well-behaved (otherwise they must be crated).
• Do not use bath towels on dogs; please bring your own pet towels/blankets.
• Clean up all pet waste and keep dogs off furniture/beds unless you use your own protective covers.
• Any damage, stains or excessive cleaning will result in repair or replacement fees.
• Dogs must be on flea/tick prevention and kept under control to avoid neighbor disturbance.


Rules are strictly enforced and failure to obey house rules will result in eviction without a refund.

My wife, myself, and our small dog visited for a long weekend. The cottage is exactly as described. Very relaxing, and peaceful. We really enjoyed the potters bridge park for our morning and evening walks. The area was very safe and the people are so friendly. Thanks for sharing your wonderful cottage.

The host was very welcoming and always answered when we had questions. Very very good host. Loved the tony house. Very clean. Had everything we needed. Very comfortable bed and great thick bath towels. Will stay there again.

I slept well. The atmosphere was quiet and quaint. There is no hot tub as listed. But overall it was a peaceful stay and the property owners were great to work with.

Kitchen was infested with ants so we did not use it at all. Had to go through three holes in the cabinet before I found a clean one put some popcorn in. The outlet in the bathroom did not work. There was chipping and healing paint in both the bedroom of of the door and on some of the bathroom walls. Did not use the deck because the table and chairs were absolutely and while I understand it's an outdoor area I also don't feel like I should have to clean it initially to use it. There was a small window AC unit in window but it's struggled small house cool and the bedroom stayed very warm. Bed was very uncomfortable. Window blinds, windowsills, shelving and decorations were all very dusty. Most of the window blinds did not work properly. Check in and check out procedures of this property was the best part about it. I fixed this place because it was private and I thought I would get better value then a hotel, but I would have rather spent my 600 on a hotel room for 2 days, and honestly I would have probably paid less for a nicer hotel room

It's a cute little place and I really love it here. I will be back and I recommit to others.

I am a landscaper so I noticed the tree stump that blocks some view out the back deck. Otherwise, I just noticed weeding and edging more often to keep the first impression up. Lovely house and I slept well.

Great location, particularly for dog people and people with kids. There is a wonderful park about 7 minutes away with great trails and a playground. It is close enough to everything, but also very quiet and private.It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

En general, todo estuvo bien, con excepto de dos pequeñas cosas que quizás se pueda mejorar, la primera es que había hormigas en la cocina y la segunda que quizás no estés en manos del propietario, es que el agua olía raro, pero la atención que tuve del host fue excelente
