This is a 2 story guesthouse with 2 bedrooms and 1/2 bath upstairs. Guests can enjoy amenities like WiFi, heating & AC, a hair dryer, a washing machine & dryer & iron. Experience what Union has to offer with a stay at our adorable country house/chateau. Bring your furry friends ( limit 2 for extra fee) 20 minutes to Purina Farms. Close to many wineries. Minimum age to book is 25. No smoking, no parties. By booking you agree to the house rules listed in my description. Please note I require “identity verification” through VRBO. We.also have another beautiful 1 bedroom tiny house listed on VRBO on our property.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave used beds unmade. Put used towels in bathtub. Wash dishes & set in strainer. Return key to lock box after locking the door. Gather trash & put in outside receptacle. Thanks

This house was very comfortable and a pleasure to stay at. We were there for a dog show at Purina Farms. We used the dog’s tent crates to block the doors to keep the dogs separate because there was a curtain separating the rooms up stairs.

Close enough to town if you need anything but far enough out you don’t have much traffic, see deer, and if I would of had my dogs with me, I could had stayed there with them which means a lot. Nice place, plenty of room. Very clean.

Greatplace for our family of 4.

The house was clean, and neat. There were 3 beds. The upstairs bedroom has a memory foam bed that was more firm than comfortable for our son. There could be a small recliner or additional chair for the living room. But over all we enjoyed our stay.
