Quite nice

It was a lovely stay. The house has some broken cabinets and very uncomfortable pillows but the pool was lovely and we had a great time.

If you need a place to stay this will work, but not much more. A lot of updates needed. Outlet in the bedroom had no cover and was loose. Sagging floorboard in the main hallway covered by a rug. Most doors were sticking and hard to open. Pool level was below the skimmer, so the water was full of debris. I had to scoop it all out, around an hour before the kids could swim. I also had to add water to the pool myself in order to use the skimmer. Pile of brush in the middle of the driveway when we got there that I had to push off into the yard. Lawn care company came during the day and had to carry the push mower over the deck around the pool. All of these things should have been taken care of prior to our arrival. Basically, if you know you have guests coming, should be standard practice to ensure the house is fully ready.
