Renovated in 2020 along with a newer 2020 model golf cart! Widened Driveway, painted interior, new master shower, new mattresses in all bedrooms, new flooring, new smart TV in living room

Located in Sandestin, a gated community. Includes a Brand new 2020 - 6 person golf cart ! The pool for the Bungalo subdivision sits right outside the front door of the house! The beach is close by (5 minutes by car and under 10 minutes on the golf cart). The Bungalo is in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, a 2,400 acre resort with a beautiful private beach, four golf courses, fantastic restaurant options, live entertainment, tennis, spa, shops and much more. Be sure to check out Baytowne Village (The Wharf) and Grand Boulevard!

This house has all the amenities you would want. The kitchen is accommodated with all the appliances you would like to have. The kitchen table seats 6 + 4 at the bar. Perfect for vacationing families. It has a large screened in porch that sits directly across the street from the Bungalo pool. Take some time to relax & enjoy the screened-in porch.

We own 3 Bungalos. The other two are VRBO#1651246 (next door to this property) and 1279015. Additionally, we have 4 other properties in Sandestin. VRBO # 2614941, 2484080, 2165894, 2165222. We are serious about taking care of our renters. Rent more than one property if you have a big group!

The house was wonderful for our family of 6. The house is located in a quiet, nice neighborhood. It was clean and had few things included such as garbage bags, dishwashing detergent and laundry detergent. Some beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas were included too. The golf cart was used few times to the beach (10min) or grocery store (5min) which was a plus.

The property was as pictured and well kept. Beds were comfortable and pillows slept well, both of which are extremely important to me. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. Unless you want to venture outside of the community, the golf cart is all you need to explore. The wharf was a surprise as we didnt realize how much there would be to do there. The tuesday fireworks were beautiful. The bungalow does not sit on the beach, but is a quick trip on the golf cart. Having the pool directly across was great. You can get to Publix, numerous restuarants and shopping, such as lululemon, by golf cart. The owners consistently responded quickly and answered all questions. I am a hotel/vacation property snob and we've already began looking at dates to return. The property exceeded my expectations and I have HIGH expectations.

Why they chose this property

We looked at 20+ properties, and found the Bungalos to be the best of everything. Such a great place to stay! The house allows for plenty of space, the kids enjoy biking the area and sidewalks allow for great long and scenic walks. The pool across the street is a great retreat after a day at the beach! Plus, it's only a short golf cart ride to Sandestin for dining and activities.
