What a wonderful place! Quiet but close and everything the description says. Absolutely beautiful views and the house was fantastic! Can’t wait to go back next fall.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very well maintained cottage large enough for a family. The tables inside and out were roomy enough for family meals. The two bathrooms and laundry room are very useful. Next to Creacent Beach, but we were never bothered by beach noise. Lovely view of the ocean and the night sky (Venus!). Wish we could have stayed longer.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property location was perfect and the grounds were very well maintained, however upon entering the house it had a really bad smell. It smelled very moldy and we later discovered a rotten pumpkin that had been left on the fire place, but even after throwing it away- the smell remained. The windows and backs door needed some TLC. Most of them were very difficult to operate. The beds did not have bed skirts on them or the quilts shown in the picture which made it looked bare and uninviting. Truthfully for the money this cost, I was expecting a little bit better kept home and better furnishings. The bathroom shower either needs to be cleaned better or replaced. It was brown and the shower vent stopped working. I did really love the street we were on and the beach. So the location was perfect, but we tried to stay out of the house as much as possible because of the smell. The management company was a wonderful help and easy to communicate with and very responsive.
