We will definitely be staying here again! The place was so convenient to everything, easy to find, very clean, plenty of towels, andextra bedding for the sofa. We did not get to utilize the pool, but we only had a couple of days and a full itinerary!

The view from the balcony is a peaceful wooded area but not of the mountains. The mountains are out the front door view of this condo. But, at least to me, the woods are beautiful also. :-) Blessings for a great rest of your year!

I loved this place, the host, and the location!!! We’ll be back! It was exactly as described and so comfortable for a four night getaway. I just wish we could have stayed longer. Our host was so easy to communicate with and was very accommodating when we asked if we could unload our bags an hour early. The other guests and residents were so friendly and the playground, green space, and pools made this a perfect getaway with a child. This location is adjacent to everything you’d want to see in Pigeon Forge/Sevierville but so far off the main drag that you don’t feel like you’re in the middle of everything. Every morning I sat on the balcony and listened to the birds sing. But it was close enough that I could walk to the Donut shop down the road.

The place was nice. There were several dead bugs and it smelled musty when we got there. Overall a nice place and would stay again. We did not feel we should be asked to tip the cleaners, as we paid for that service.

Hi Michele. Thank you for staying with us. I did not know my Housekeeper was asking for tips on top of what I pay her for cleaning. I will talk to her about that. The HOA sprays pretty frequently to make sure you don’t find any live bugs when you arrive at your unit so I’m sure that whatever you found died after the unit was cleaned and before you arrived. It’s our goal that you never find a live bug. We have an air cleaner in every condo, so I’ll ask the housekeeper to check that one and make sure it’s functioning properly. Good vacation spot

We stayed here over spring break a couple weeks ago and had a great time. Condo had everything we needed and the amenities were great for the kids. Loved the playground and being able to enjoy the indoor pool

We love The Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area and rented a condo in Mountain View last year. We love the location and the complex and decided to purchase both 2601 and 2301, both corner units and furnish them to our tastes and expectations.
