The place was nice. There were several dead bugs and it smelled musty when we got there. Overall a nice place and would stay again. We did not feel we should be asked to tip the cleaners, as we paid for that service.

Hi Michele. Thank you for staying with us. I did not know my Housekeeper was asking for tips on top of what I pay her for cleaning. I will talk to her about that. The HOA sprays pretty frequently to make sure you don’t find any live bugs when you arrive at your unit so I’m sure that whatever you found died after the unit was cleaned and before you arrived. It’s our goal that you never find a live bug. We have an air cleaner in every condo, so I’ll ask the housekeeper to check that one and make sure it’s functioning properly. Location was great. It sits back off the road which is great because it is very quiet. Clise to shopping, restaurants and Dunkin Donuts..I know how people like their coffee. The condo itself is very spacious. Our balcony was very private. We had a couple of issues that I have addressed with the owner and I feel like those will be taken care of. Plenty of parking.

My wife and I live and grew up in Alabama and have been blessed to have traveled with our three children extensively. We love The Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area and rented a condo in Mountain View last year. We love the location and the complex and decided to purchase both 2601 and 2301, both corner units and furnish them to our tastes and expectations.
We hope you enjoy staying in either of them as much as we do.
