Beautiful, clean villa with everything you could possibly need. Gorgeous pool area, comfortable beds and sofas.Lovely gated community close to Walmart and Winn-Dixie. Host was great with communication.

Absolutely loved our stay at this villa. Set right on the golf course, it offered peaceful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The entire place was spotless — very clean inside and out — which made it feel instantly comfortable. The highlight was definitely the outdoor space: multiple seating areas, plenty of sun loungers, and beautiful lighting that created the perfect evening vibe. A fantastic place to unwind and enjoy every moment.

Wonderful stay

This home met all of our needs. It was clean and so comfortable, it had everything we needed. The area is lovely and we all enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to family and friends.

Great Vacation home

We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful vacation home. Location is excellent, great pool and pooldeck and everything you need is available. Located very close to supermarkets and a lot of dining options nearby. We definitely would like to come back again.

Could not wish for better

We have stayed at several rental properties on Southern Dunes (and elsewhere nearby), this is the best that we have found. Beautifully presented house in a splendid location. Have already booked for next year.

We really enjoyed our stay in this Southern Dunes villa. We have stayed in Southern Dunes before so we are familiar with the area but this villa is probably the best one we've stayed in. The extended pool deck felt really spacious and got the sun all day. The inside was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable and the decor was great. It's more of a drive here to the parks but it is really handy with Wal Mart on the doorstep and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Communication with Lisa was excellent throughout and we would love to stay here again!

Family Holiday

The villa was as advertised. Lisa was lovely to deal with and answered all our questions. We loved the large pool area, plenty of space for us all to sit and it gets the sun all day. Villa is well maintained and has everything you need.

Ideal location

We’ve stayed on Southern Dunes on previous trips but this was our first time at this particular villa. We were a party of 8 adults of various ages couples & singles and this villa totally catered for us all, it was very spacious & comfortable. The management company were super helpful & fast to respond to any queries. We would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back.

Southern Dunes Golf vacation

Very nice house for 4 golfers right next to the 16th green. We call it Clown #2 because of the fast, sloping green! One of many. Thanks to Lisa for an enjoyable stay!

Lovely house - Would recomend a stay here.I loved that there was security to enter the development every time you went in. Made me feel secure.There is a Winn Dixe, Wal-Mart and petrol station right by the entrance gate security. I was able to put the car in the garge to keep it cool. The garage has plenty of kids pool stuff. There is loads of room aound the pool and plenty of loungers and umbrella. This is a real bonus.The golf course seems well maintained. Regular daily groundsmen about.Pool was surprisingly warm considering it wasn't heated. Really easy to communicate with the host. Its central for attractions and easy to get to either the east coast for Cape Canaveral or Daytona or west coast for Clearwater/Tampa

October vacation

Villa is exactly as described. Excellent communication with Lisa and Jeff. The locatiob is iseal for us as we don't go yo the parks.I would higky recommend it as you get the sun all day.
