We were locked out of the prepaid home we had rented. This gentleman was kind enough to let us into his house without reservations. Forever grateful!! Cute place !! Nice backyard for our dog.

Thank you for your rating and for mentioning our quick response time! We’re confused about the 4/5 star rating if everything went well. We’re always working to improve, so if there’s anything we could do to make your next stay perfect, please let us know. We appreciate you staying with us!

Great stay! Very accommodating. We have a medium sized lab, and 3 kids all of whom were comfortable. The house literally had everything we needed including a crate for the dog and many extras in the kitchen and bathroom. It felt like we overpacked!Only critiques were overgrowth of plants leading to the door. We enjoyed watching the storms in the back patio, but wear bug spray or buy a citronella candle to thwart the skeeters. If we find ourselves in San Antonio again, we’ll see if this place is available again first!

Property was conveniently located near a HEB. Also, a nearby coffee place was fantastic. House was clean and tidy. Porch lighting was not optimal. Maybe needed a new lightbulb? Was very dark when we checked in. Towels needs to be replaced. The towels were clean just old. It was a very safe neighborhood. Thank you!

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the location, nearby coffee spot, and found the home clean and in a safe neighborhood. Regarding the porch lighting, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We had over a month of continuous bookings prior to your stay and hadn’t received any reports of an issue, so we weren’t aware there was a problem. As for the towels, we ensure all linens are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between guests. While they may not be brand new in appearance, cleanliness and hygiene are always our top priority. Next time I recommend you message your host during your stay so it can addressed. Thanks again for staying with us and for your feedback—it helps us continue to improve.

Thank you for your review. We’re glad you found the furnishings and kitchen supplies met your needs. However, we do want to clarify that multiple blankets were provided for each bed, as well as extras stored in the closets. Had you reached out during your stay, we would have been more than happy to assist or provide additional options to ensure your comfort. We take pride in being responsive and accommodating, and communication is key to helping us do that. The reviews on other platforms can give you an idea how great our services are. We appreciate your feedback and would be glad to host you again
