Espresso cabinets with quartz slabs and glass tile backspash, all new Bosch stainless steel appliances, porcelian wood tile throughout except for bedrooms, new hvac, a walk-in custom shower made to look like wood, led TV's throughout with netflix to stream all the movies, free fast speed wifi, 2 master suites one with a cal king and other with two full beds, brand new memory foam mattresses on every bed, walk in closets, private backyard with putting green that overlooks greenbelts and mountains, 2 of the 15 pools and spa are steps from the patio. 8 tennis courts with on-site pro during season and on site washer and dryer. You will not be dissapointed.
