The views were amazing. The game room was the bomb. Our host was very responsive and addressed all our concerns. With 3 teenagers, the individual ensuites were wonderful. But note, you must have 4WD or AWD to access the property. We learned the hard way.
From the moment we arrived it was like home. Everything you needed was available, the gameroom was perfect to keep kids entertained. Host was responsive, and provided any information needed. The beds were some of the most comfortable I've slept in.
The hosts are amazing! Perfect communication and prompt responses to any questions. The place was as described and we truly enjoyed the property. We love the “motel style” rooms which provided privacy and rest from the group activities. The common areas were big enough for our group and the kids absolutely loved the game room, hot tub and fire pits. Only thing we want to note: when they suggest 4WD or AWD, it’s for your peace of mind. The driveway was intense for our loaded minivan. When we unloaded, the driveway was just fine. The view of the mountains IN the mountains was awesome. The weather report said rain all day everyday, but had quite a bit of good weather. Highly recommend our hosts and the property.
All was very clean inside. Plenty of room for all of us!!! Game room was great for the kiddos. Individual rooms were awesome, clean and roomy. Restrooms for each room was a real plus!!
Was amazing we had entire house Everyone with their own bathrooms. Kitchen loaded with cooking supplies. Beautiful setting entire family loved it. Will certainly be back
The set up being motel style was great for all. The space was big enough for 19 and we all were able to eat together as a family. That doesn’t happen often with our group. The kids and adults played games all day literally! It was so peaceful atop the mountain, quite you truly do not get any where else. The Steadly Group were on point with all communications they are so sweet! If you desire family time mixed with alone time this place offers just that with large groups.
We had a mixed group staying here, including maintenance/HVAC techs and hospitality professionals, so we tend to notice details others might miss.Overall, cleanliness and upkeep fell short of expectations. The floors were sticky, and there was noticeable dust throughout, suggesting the property hadn’t been properly cleaned or occupied in some time.Several maintenance issues stood out:* The washing machine was extremely loud and unstable, even with a balanced load.* The room A/C filters are dirty and need cleaning and the upstairs filter was dated Nov 2024.* The main oven does not heat properly.* The refrigerator and freezer coils appear dirty, and the freezer is struggling to maintain temperature.* Many door hinges need lubrication.* The living room TV remote was unreliable and difficult to get working.* Water pressure in Room 5 was very low, even with a 1.75 GPM shower head. There were also some basic hospitality shortcomings:* Only one dish towel was provided for a group of 20 people.* Rooms that sleep up to four guests only had two towels each. With better cleaning and routine maintenance, this could be a much better stay, but as it stands, it needs attention in several areas.

Thanks for the thorough feedback.
Sounds like you spent more of the trip inspecting than vacationing! We’ll knock out all those items right away so future guests can actually relax instead of grabbing a clipboard. Appreciate the heads up.
