The rooms were nice and clean. The host was very responsive and communication was excellent. We reserved the home so we could attend a sporting event at NBT stadium and the location was perfect for the stadium as well as visiting the enormous shopping mall.

This rental is very spacious and worked well for our group of 5. We attended a concert at the JMA Dome and this house provided a very convenient location! The host was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay again!

Very cozy, very convenient house close to Syracuse campus and a short drive to downtown. Was clean when we arrived, and checking in and out was easy. We only needed a space to sleep and shower, but this fit the bill perfectly.

Very clean and home-like feeling house. All the essentials and more was supplied. Fantastic stay and definitely will be staying here again next year for our family trip to the Great State Fair. Nick was just fabulous. He went over and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for my family. Highly recommend the house as well. We are a family of four, so didn’t use all the rooms but loved having all the space and amenities. Having a garage or the driveway to park on was very convenient. Great stay, highly recommend.

This was a great house that was very close to Syracuse athletic facilities, including the football and basketball off campus practice facilities. The house was very clean. The host was excellent. I highly recommend this place.

Great location near Syracuse university. Clean and well stocked with basics for kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. Only drawback was a couple flights of very steep stairs that I was afraid my older parents may get injured on ( although there were railings). Other than that it was a solid rental and I’d be happy to stay again.

Overall experience was good. Nick was helpful and responded quickly. House was clean, although the basement bathroom needed a little more cleaning. Only main negative was that the number of beds in the listing changed after they renovated the house. Neighborhood is nice, quiet. I would rent the house again.
