This is a great property to stay at for the 1/2 Ironman in Geneva. it’s about 4.5 miles from the start. Very convenient to downtown for any groceries you may need. We would definitely stay at this location again!

What a great location to get around anywhere. Such a peaceful Serene setting. Nice property very very good for the value. Our host went above and beyond. His by far one of the best that I have ever encountered and I've been doing vrbo's for 20 years! I will highly recommend this to anybody that's going to be in the area. Great location enough grape juice to last a lifetime and by that I mean wine lol! We will be back and we will book again! Thank you so much again Kevin you are awesome and your staff is outstanding

It was the perfect size for 3 couples or 6 people. It was great having 2 full bathrooms and the sink accommodation in the one bedroom was a great thought. The cottage was in a good location and accessible to the area attractions.

Great location to tour the wineries around Seneca Lake.Would have been nice to have some more info on where to go for dinner nearby.Not to many places for breakfast.Really great to have a whole house to ourselves.Countryside is beautiful.

The BBQ on the patio was low on propane, grease on the grill, difficult to light and rust eating holes on the back. it also had a wasp nest under the side trays. There was no lake view from the house. there was no hair dryer for use. Other properties we rented through VRBO provided wine or champagne with other treats and pantry items upon arrival. The dishwasher left spots and didn't clean efficiently. There was water in the vegetable bins of the refrigerator as well as the bottom shelf.

The house is beautiful, clean and homey. The view was breath taking. Very quiet area. Owner was quick to respond to questions before booking and after. Instructions were simple to understand to get in and what to do when we leave. We will be back again at Keuka Cottage.

This is a nice enough property. I needed three bedrooms and multiple bathrooms. That’s hard to find. There were several issues: We paid a 150 cleaning fee. We were asked to put our used bed linens and towels in a provided laundry basket. This begged the question: if I didn’t put a towel or sheet in the basket, would housekeeping just leave it as clean? The house was clean from a cursory standpoint. The outside needed to be cleaned and tidied. The windowsills inside were buggy and dusty; The internet was so slow we couldn’t watch Netflix. The coffee maker doesn’t work. The refrigerator has some sort of leak. The home is in a quiet area and near the lake, but to say it’s lake view is a stretch. I booked last minute so my pickings were slim. This is a decent property but it needs owner attention and more attention to detail. A plus is the first floor appears to be handicap accessible!

The house was very and clean. The unfortunate part was that all the mattresses on the beds were as hard as a rock and very uncomfortable for sleeping. I did send a message to the owner that he should address this issue

Property was decent, dated furnishings. Beds were extremely hard. Appreciated the coffee that was left. But no creamer or sugar. No dish towels or washcloth in the kitchen. Ironing board in the basement. No outside firepit, other properties that were close had them. I'd recommend, but it was barebones. Needs some more personal touches, paid a decent amount. Would go to a hotel instead for an overnight stay.

3 of us stayed for 2 days and we were very happy with the house. The upstairs king bed was very firm which we loved but it is a little warmer up there. There was a nice fan that made it pretty comfortable. Plenty of towels and soap packets were a nice touch. The area was pretty quiet all the time. Very close to downtown Geneva and an Osprey nest at the end of the side road was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again.
