The one and two-story Spanish Hacienda-style villas, with sloping red-tiled roofs hanging over whitewashed plaster walls are luxuriously furnished in early California decor. The King Casita features 10ft. ceilings and 420 square feet of space. Soaking tub, Flat screen T.V., Kohler fixtures, rich maple wood cabinetry, dream-sleep mattresses, designer sheets and towels, granite counters and stone tile floors all add to the opulent spa-like ambiance. Includes kitchenette with toaster over, sink and mini-fridge. The charming French doors open onto a tranquil patio, where the aromas of surrounding bougainvillea and glowing lights from the palm trees complement romantic evenings. The bathroom features deep soaking tub and separate stall shower with floor to ceiling tile. Additional features include Hi-Speed WiFi, HBO, Showtime, Netflix, HULU, and Smart TV, ceiling fan, and fireplace.

Just steps from your villa, the swimming options abound with 12 private salt water pools and 11 relaxing Jacuzzis, including dedicated lap pool, tranquil adult pool and resort cabanas (free of charge). The inviting hammock garden, outdoor fireside lounge area, poolside Cafe, game room, and state of the art fitness facility round out the spectacular 10,000 sq.ft. Clubhouse at the heart of the resort.
For a host of additional options, guests can meander next door to the Waldorf Astoria La Quinta Resort and Club, featuring shopping, outdoor music, six fabulous restaurants, a world class spa, and two Pete Dye championship golf courses.

Please note that the exact location and views of Studio Casitas are not guaranteed, and are subject to change upon reasonable advance notice. Your reservation merely guarantees you a private Studio Casita at Legacy Villas featuring a King Size bed, kitchenette and patio or balcony, comparable in size and quality to the photos shown in the listing. While every effort will be made to provide the exact location selected by Guest (or one as comparable as possible), Owner shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, cost or damages suffered by Guest as a result of a location assignment different from the address show90n in the Contract, and no refunds or credits shall be issued. In the rare event that the assigned location features a Queen Size bed instead of a King, Guest shall receive a credit of 10% off of the contracted nightly rate.

No smoking; no pets without prior consent of owner. Owner may permit small dogs with a $25/nt. additional pet rent. For April Festivals, all guests must be individually registered with the HOA for access at least four days prior to arrival.

We should have believed the reviews we had read prior to renting.

We read a bad review for this suite prior to booking…all of it was true, and we should have listened. Legacy villas is a beautiful property but this suite is neglected and bare minimal effort has been put in by the owner/s? 3 coffee filters for 5 nights stay…and 5 nights pay! a few towels, no face cloths. bath and floor towel still damp from the last guest? the shower was slimy feeling. the shower head is not removable…how are the cleaning folks washing and rinsing the shower off? there was visible black mold along the door base, and the floors were most definitely not cleaned…dirt and hair was visible when wiped with a clean paper towel. we were charged a $95 cleaning fee? and a $125 fee for our clean non shedding, small dog who i didn't want to allow on the dirty floors. $300 per night for a room that rented for $60 just prior to covid. Maybe they are trying to make some money back while they can? understandable…but perhaps it might be more reasonable to make the room worthy of the fee? Simply try to be fair…remember that most people usually have to work hard for their money. and holiday money, and or time…isn't always that easy to come by for most of us.

Not What I Expected

First impression...the gate attendant was not notified of our arrival, which was frustrating after a long day of travel. The condo and the amenities were clean and updated. I was disappointed that the "kitchenette" did not include a microwave or coffee maker; however, a sample of coffee was provided. The next day, I contacted the property manager and he quickly and graciously brought over a coffee pot and an extra set of towels that were not provided. The condo is stocked with very minimal supplies. One of the bedside lamps had a broken knob, but I did not bother to get a new working lamp. The grounds are beautifully cared for and there is a walking trail that butts up to the mountains.

Beautiful!!!

Absolutely beautiful place! Clean, upscale and perfect. Super comfortable bed and everything you need. Cute patio in the back for morning coffee too! Beautiful, well maintained property with pools everywhere!! Owner is so easy to work with and we will be back for sure. Don't hesitate choosing this property with this owner - everything was truly wonderful.
