The inviting living room centers around a stone fireplace, plush sectional seating, and a flat-screen TV for cozy evenings. Adjacent, the elegant dining area comfortably seats your entire group, surrounded by views of the peaceful wooded setting. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for home-cooked meals, equipped with essential appliances, ample cabinetry, and all the overall essentials you’ll need.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
Three beautifully appointed bedrooms await, thoughtfully designed to provide restful sleep after days filled with fun. The spacious primary suite boasts abundant natural light, a queen-sized bed, additional trundle/daybed, large closets, and direct access to a spotless, full ensuite bathroom. Two additional comfortable bedrooms offer relaxing decor, ample storage, and easy access to a pristine second bathroom featuring essential toiletries, fluffy towels, and modern fixtures.

Loft Space:
The airy loft provides additional sleeping options with a convertible sofa bed, offering both privacy and a charming overview of the living area below. It’s the perfect nook for a quiet moment of reading, lounging, or simply admiring the chalet’s architectural beauty.

Guest Access:
⚫Guest's will have access to the entire home throughout their stay for maximum enjoyment!
⚫Guests will be able to enter through the front door.
⚫You’ll receive our automated check-in instructions 📩 24 hours before your arrival, so everything you need will be ready ahead of time for a smooth and easy check-in!
⚫Our homes use electronic door locks 🔐 for your convenience. A door code will be sent to you automatically ⏰ 2 hours before check-in time (which is at 2:00 PM), unless you’re checking in earlier.
⚫When it’s time to head out, we’ve got you covered too! 🧼🕒 Our checkout instructions will be sent 24 hours before your departure, you'll receive them at 10:00 AM the day before your checkout.

Our home is located in Arrowhead Lakes a gated in community in the Poconos Area.

Getting Around:
Getting around by walking or by driving work best in the Arrowhead Lake Community! Our Community is extremely friendly to it al!

⚠️ This is a gated community requiring us to submit guest's info THREE (3) DAYS prior to arrival.
⚠️ Any changes to reservation details including number of occupants, additional vehicle, swapping of vehicle, and additional guests cannot be made within THREE (3) DAYS of arrival date as HOA is very strict on this. (No exemptions)
⚠️ Guest(s) of a Renter count towards your property's occupancy limit
⚠️ HOA late fee will apply if registration is not completed at least THREE (3) DAYS prior to arrival
⚠️ The main renter will receive a Renter Welcome Infosheet from ACLA which provides an overview of the rules and regulations, trash and recycling center, amenities, map, and local recommendations.
⚠️ We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. Note: be sure to refill/replace the existing tanks - do not purchase a brand new tank.
⚠️ Given our property's rural setting, you might occasionally notice small, non-harmful insects. Rest assured, we have comprehensive, year-round pest control measures in place and work hard to minimize these encounters. Thank you for your understanding, and please let us know if you have any concerns!

♨️ Hot Tub Notice – Please Read 😊

📌We strive to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Occasionally, if a previous guest hasn’t followed proper usage guidelines, we may need to drain, clean, and refill the hot tub before your stay for health and safety reasons 🧼🦠. If this happens, please note that it may take until the evening of your first night (or slightly longer, depending on the weather) for the water to fully heat back up 🔥🌙. We totally get that guests look forward to relaxing in the hot tub, and we only perform this maintenance when absolutely necessary to ensure a clean and safe experience for everyone 💧👍.
