Resort amenities include ocean front pools, indoor pools, fitness center and tennis. Tenants must pay $58.00 per person per week recreation fee for anyone four years of age or older. Unit has 1 reserved and 1 unreserved parking space. Occupancy 8. NO SMOKING! NO PETS!

Excellent service. Sea Colony is a perfect summer family vacation place. Apartment was nice but slightly recent n down.

Mold, ac unit did not work.

This unit has a beautiful full view of the ocean from the living room & master bedroom. However, renter BEWARE!!! The sliding door would bit open. Ok, well if you put your body between the inside & outside of the (plus plant your feet) & push as hard as you can, you can then open it. I have video proof. Wednesday the AC unit would not work. We called for maintenance & said they have had complaints about the sliding door. They could not fix the AC unit because felt it was something on the outside unit. There was mold in the ceiling by the lights, mold in the air return. The kitchen utensils are old, drinking cups filmed over from dishwasher use - design was probably from the early 90’s. The scissors are the old full metal scissors that are completely rusted. Should of been thrown away 30 years ago! It’s a shame because the unit sleeps plenty of guests & the view is amazing. You can tell the owner could careless about the unit. I have photos to back all of this up. The rental company - Long & Foster was zero help.
