Beautifully decorated with all modern conveniences including central air conditioning, washer/dryer, full kitchen including granite countertops plus stainless appliances, 3 TVs, 55" smart Tv in living room, WiFi, 4 decks, outside shower. Walk for miles on the uncrowded beaches just steps from your front door! Also nearby is the Indian River inlet with marina, fishing and crabbing. Absolutely No Pets Allowed- strictly enforced. $99 Cleaning fee for less than 7 nights.

Ocean front off the beaten path

Loved being ocean front! This townhouse sits a little further back, protected by one of the largest and mature dunes left in the Bethany area. So it’s a longer walk to the beach. But the privacy and views left us longing for more. And the community was private and very safe. The Master BR has a beautiful sunrise view in the AM. Well stocked kitchen. Nice bathroom with double shower heads. Wish the 3rd floor had a queen bed. Felt bad putting my adult daughter on the street side on the 2nd floor without a balcony or view and the kids, who didn’t appreciate it, upstairs with the balcony and ocean view. 3rd floor would make a lovely 2nd master BR. Only complaint from the family was the 13” TVs in their BRs But it worked to our advantage as we got to see them more. It really should have a gas grill… whoever rented previously dumped their charcoal from the grill in the dune area, which is a fire risk with all the dead wood right there. Just add $20 fee to the room for gas. Overall, the price was fair and experience good. I’d stay again.
