Host was very communicative and the property was as described. Beds were comfortable and the hot water worked great! If you have a car, parking is street parking if you can get it and we were able to park on the street each night. Easy access to NYC by ferry or PATH.

Home was very nice and renovated. Host was communicative and responsive.However, do note that despite how the searches appear the location is not in Hoboken but directly behind in Jersey City. Heights. Owner would not give exact location until 48 hours before arrival.The renters upstairs were moving equipment or furniture around at 2am-3am. These noises kept my family awake.
