This beautiful home in the heart of Berry Hill/Nashville comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests, making it ideal for a family and large groups. There is driveway parking as well as extra parking. It's nestled in a safe adorable neighborhood with a small playground within it for the kids. There is a gate that closes at night. The quaint front and backyard are both fenced in.
It's located 3.5 miles from Downtown Broadway, and within walking distance to Geodis Soccer Stadium. It's also within 10 minutes to 12 South & The Gulch and only 15 minutes from Nashville airport. You'll be the closest you can be to all of the action without sacrificing quiet and safety!

One of the best VRBO experiences we have had and we will definitely book here again. The home is well stocked and well maintained and the hosts were great! Everything was clean and fresh. All of our questions were promptly answered. Because we were hosting some large family gatherings, we had several questions about kitchen supplies & equipment. John was quick to respond and even sent photos of all the cabinet contents so we knew what was available. •Great location in a gated community with an early check-in option. The community has a gazebo and a play ground that are just behind the house.•Fenced front and back yard with lots of privacy in the backyard as the fence is tall. There is a grill and a fire pit as well as a large seating area plus a dining table and chairs. •The living room is large and the sectional was very comfy. It's long enough to allow tall folks to nap comfortably. We even had room for a small Xmas tree!•We used the master bedroom (first floor) & 2 upstairs bedrooms which were all spacious. The beds were comfy with good linens. There is no closet in the master bedroom but the hosts have added a hanging rod with shelf.•There are 2 full baths (1 in the master) plus 1 powder room. The master bath shower is snug but there is a hand-held shower in the soaking tub.All of the photos online are accurate. The home is thoughtfully decorated and furnished. All of the furniture, furnishings and equipment were in great shape.
