Nestled in the heart of Pensacola’s beloved Historic District, this thoughtfully appointed home blends timeless architecture with modern comfort. Just steps from charming cafes, galleries, waterfront parks, and lively nightlife, it’s the perfect home base for exploring downtown’s best. We are a short drive to the sugar sands and emerald waters of Pensacola Beach.

You’ll find stylish furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy bedrooms designed for rest. Step outside to enjoy an expansive backyard deck, complete with comfortable outdoor seating, a high-end propane grill, and a dining area perfect for al fresco meals. Whether you're sipping morning coffee on the expansive backyard deck or grilling fresh seafood as the sun sets, the outdoor space is an inviting extension of the home.

Whether you're here for a weekend escape, a work trip, or a more extended stay, this one-of-a-kind two-door residence offers character, comfort, and walkability all in one.

Additional Sleeping Arrangements: Our living room features a queen-size sofa sleeper that accommodates two extra guests, for a maximum of six. If you'd like to use this option, just let us know before your arrival so we can set up for your stay! A one-time linens fee of $45 can be added to your reservation.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please remove stuck-on food from dishes, load the dishwasher, add detergent, and start.
Wash and Dry Beach Towels (multicolored) if used.
Remove all opened items from the fridge and place all kitchen trash in the outside black bin next to the driveway.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please clean up after using the Grill and related trash. We provide grill cleaning supplies.
Place the outdoor black trash bin across the street for Tues and Friday early morning collections. We appreciate your help.
This is a 100% smoke-free home. A $300 fee will be charged if any evidence of smoking is detected inside the home, including lingering odors.

Very pleased with clean spacious accommodations in lovely historic Pensacola . Easy access to the many things we love . Three block walk to the bay . Restaurants & Seville Quarter all within a short walk of property 8-12 blocks . Navarre beach and Perdido Key about a 30 minute drive to beautiful gulf coast beaches . We recommend the property & would stay here again .
