CLEAN and BRIGHT beach cottage in Charlestown, RI less than a mile from Charlestown Town Beach and Ninigret Salt Pond. Beautiful Walk or Bike Ride to the Beach. Relaxing vibe for multi-generation vacations! Make new memories with your loved ones at our beachy cottage.

Use the PRIVATE parking pass that's included for the CLOSEST access available, only steps away from the Beach. With 4 bedrooms and lots of living space, family and friends will comfortably sleep and relax. Dining Room has spacious dining table that seats 10 adults for all your family dinners.

Wind down on the front porch after a sun filled day at the beach while watching the evening sunset. We have 2 full bathrooms plus an enclosed outdoor shower.
Outdoor fire pit is perfect for after dinner s'mores with the kids or a glass of wine with the adults.

We rent from Saturday to Saturday during the Summer.

Great neighborhood area to run, walk, and bike to the salt ponds and ocean.
Kayaking, Paddleboarding, and Fishing are just down the road!

NO Smoking- NO Vaping
No pets allowed

Easy stroll to local restaurant for dinner and drinks or walk with the kids right down the road for ice-cream treats or fresh fried seafood. Cooking dinner at home? Walk to the locally owned and sourced store that sells great veggies, fruits, and delicious desserts! Easy drive to Newport, Casinos, Wineries, Mystic Seaport & Aquarium.

Cool Vacation Spot

The house was very clean and stayed cool in spite of a hot week. The kitchen is well stocked. Bathrooms are updated . The lay out of the bedrooms allows for privacy and there is a lot of space for gathering, indoors and outdoors. We walked to the beach most days but the pass to the parking area was very convenient. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Something for Everyone!

Perfect location for all ages and interests! Beach, restaurants, kayaking, and other activities all within walking/biking distance. Teenagers had bikes and could go off and do their thing, and the beach parking pass made beach access for my 82 year old mother a breeze. There was plenty of comfortable sleeping accommodations at the house for more than the 6 of us. We enjoyed the large dining table for family meals, we had cozy kitchen breakfasts, sunsets on the porch, and s'mores by the firepit. This property has everything a family needs for a great vacation and is a good value!

Short drive to beach

The house was less than a 5 minute drive to the beach. The beach parking pass was great to have since the price to park ranged from $10-30 a day. The house was clean. The table was great it fit all 10 of us. Our favorite part of the house was the front porch. Spent most of the time sitting in the early morning and late afternoon and evening.

Great location!

Another wonderful Charlestown vacation. Our large family including grandkids are nicely accommodated in this home. Good spacing of bedrooms. Wonderful to have the washer and dryer. Nothing beats the great access using the beach pass. Owners were very easy to communicate with. We use the Breachway bait and tackle shop right nearby to rent three canoes for the day. It was a wonderful adventure and the people at the shop were fantastic. As always the family enjoyed riding bikes to the beach, ice cream parlor, deli, Peaches, and markets.

Family vacation

The house was very clean and a great size for a large family. Location was great for walking to get coffee, breakfast, ice cream. We walked to the beach in the evening when it was cooler but it was a bit of a walk in the heat of the day so we chose to drive. Check in process was very easy and communication with the host was great.

Sunset Breeze Delight

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunset Breeze - a quaint setting of serenity on a busy beach road. We had room for three adults and four young children to spread out and find a space to relax and play, especially in the big yard. The kitchen was well-stocked and there were plenty of chairs for dining and unwinding after beach fun. The sunroom at the front provided a place for visiting family members to chat with refreshing drinks. We look forward to staying again next summer!

just what we wanted.

met for our annual family vacation and had a great time. room for the 6-10 of us that stayed for the week. we loved Charlestown beach, the breachway and the nearby salt ponds. less than a mile to the beach, easy to walk and easier to bicycle. wildlife preserves nearby to hike and explore. swam everyday, rode my bike and kayaked the salt ponds. the house was comfortable and had everything we needed. sunsets out front were beautiful to watch and we even had our morning coffee out front every day. a nice quiet place.

June 25th Family vacation here was just what we needed! Great space for family visiting inside and outside. Very clean and well kept interior. Kitchen was well sized for family dinners and cooking together. Loved waking up and having my morning coffee on the quiet porch. Wonderful vacation!

My family and I stayed here along with my brother's family and our parents and we had a wonderful experience! There's enough room at this cottage that everyone had their own space and room for us all to visit together as well. We watched the sunset from the porch every night and enjoyed spending time in the yard each day after the beach. The parking pass that's included was the best! Parking steps away from the beach made it so easy to go to the water with the kids each day. Thank you!!
