Fantastic house

It was our first time so we were not sure what to expect but but the house was fantastic; it was clean, updated and with plenty of room. The outside has this awesome patio where you can sit back and relax and enjoy the ocean view. Would highly recommend it!

Great location

The house was cute had a great front deck with a view of the ocean. The ad said it was air-conditioned although that was only two of the upstairs bedrooms. The downstairs bedrooms got very hot. The first floor bathroom and Largest first floor bedroom had an odd odor.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to review and we are so happy you had a great vacation. I wanted to address your comments. The description reads that there are two window air conditioners provided. We find that folks use them occasionally in various windows in the house but that (except for limited days in the summer) many families don't use them at all because of the breeze being that close to the ocean. If you find you would like another, I'd happily bring you one. The ad (I think after reading again) is clear, but we want families to be happy and have a great vacation, so simply call us and we will help. Second, after weeks of trying to identify any odor at all, we found that once in awhile (maybe a day or two over a month according to families who come year after year), the water treatment plant down the coast from Scarborough emits a very faint odor, and, with the downstairs window open going across the hall to the bathroom (which has no window), the odor might linger if the ceiling fans are not turned on (which dissipates it within a minute or two). We will ensure after cleaning that the windows are open and ceiling fans on, just in case. Thank you again, and hope things are going well for you and your family.

Cute and close

The house was really lovely. We were a party of 6 adults and we had plenty of space. The bathrooms are small but quick showers were no problem. We did no real cooking but the kitchen was well stocked and there is a grill out front. There was plenty of paper products and soap products. Being so close to the beach was great and just 5 minutes from Point Judith and Narragansett were big draws. The beds were comfy. The shared spaces are a bit tight when you want to sit together for cards but we made it work. It was nice that there were multiple small areas to hang out in. The patio in the front was peaceful but there was a problem with teeny tiny red spiders in that area. (They didn’t really bother us) the large umbrella provided great shade when we wanted it. Our only real complaints were not having sheets provided and that we found dishes in the cupboards that were not clean. We would definitely return and recommend to others.

Family Friendly Cottage

A wonderful family vacation, easy beach access. Close to restaurants and an awesome outdoor shower. Dinners on the patio were full of laughter and lifetime memories.

Very cute beach house

Location for this house is amazing, such an easy walk to the beach. The rooms are all great sizes and the outdoor patio furniture is what made the house. We were able to have so many outdoor meals
