The very well-kept holiday home has two floors with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms (1 x double, 1 x twin), living room with american kitchen, large sun terrace and balcony. Why were some light bulbs in kitchen and lounge missing? Why wasn’t the light above the cooker working? We were asked to find a replacement ( fitting so old that no shops sold a replacement. Not my idea of what to do on a holiday. Owner didn’t seem to want to replace themselves anything not working or missing- we had to do it. Why wasn’t the central heating working properly-( kept coming on when thermostat turned off) Eventually after wasting so much gas we had to demand a gas engineer to visit the house. The house was advertised as a theee bedroom villa but on arrival only two bedrooms were available( eventually got the key for third bedroom by us having to visit a garage two miles away to pick up a key which the owners agent had left there). Why wasn’t the key brought to the house? There was too much of the owners stuff in the property that we had to move before we could make space for our food and clothes. I cannot recommend this property.

Bon emplacement, belle maison. Juste préciser que si vous pouvez, amenez vos vélos ce qui facilitera grandement vos déplacements à Dénia et dans les environs.(Maison à environ 5,5 km du centre ville)

Agréable séjour à Denia

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Denia, dans une jolie maison bien décorée, proche du supermarché et de la plage, permettant d'y aller à pied. La ville de Denia est très animée. Nous avons profité des diverses manifestations prévues durant cette semaine de fête.

Probleme mit Heizung

Eigentlich ein ganz schönes Haus abr mit Problemen der Heizung und Unverständnis mit dem Sohn der Vermieterin. Mussten erst über Fewo massiv werden bevor sich etwas tat. Wir konnten dann mit der Mutter der Eigentümer vernünftig alles klären. Nachteilig war eine Nachforderung von 1.000,00 Euros (es war Januar und kalt). Schlecht wenn man mit einem Preis wirbt und dann nachfordert.

Vacances d’été

La maison est bien situé, propre et au calme, malgré les nombreuses habitation autour. La plage est agréable et festive le soir avec ses petits bars et restaurants de bord de plage. Emplacement pour la voiture n’est pas vraiment un parking privé à l’intérieur du jardin mais à l’extérieur. Cela ne gêne en rien puisque la voiture peut être garée dans la rue à côté même de la maison. Cette même rue est commune avec d’autres maisons mais elle est sécurisée par un portail qui ferme à clé. Bref, tout était bien et bien agréable. La communication avec la responsable, très jovial et à l’écoute. Merci pour votre disponibilité.

Regret we stayed for one week only!

This house is in perfect position, close to the beach and to a good supermarket. Both inner and outer space are very comfortable , perfectly suitable for a family and having two bathrooms is a great plus when you travel with a teenager. We also found some unexpected features such as barbecue and a very useful shower in the garden. In Denia and its neighbourhood there is a lot to visit, one week is way too short. Wish we could enjoy the house and the location for longer!

Très jolie maison bien équipée et très propre, située à 200 m de la plage surveillée, 100 m d'un supermarché, proche de l'autoroute et du centre ville. Situation idéale. La propriétaire est efficace, réactive et très gentille, une grand merci. Excellentes vacances !

Nous avons aimée cette maison agréable et bien équipée, près de la plage et d'un supermarché, joli jardin très apprécié également. Un très bon séjour donc, un regret pas de chaines en français à la télévision et pas de musique, chaine ou poste.

maison , bien et propre , juste à notre arrivé pas de chauffage et l internet !! ( réglé rapidement par le propriétaire ) par contre il est indiqué télévision satellite avec chaines Françaises !!!( il n y à pas de chaines françaises ) mais nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison et je précise très calme le propriétaire à l écoute

Plaisant sejour

Maison agréable et sécurisée avec son portail fermé .Les deux terrasses sont agréables.Emplacement près de la mer et du supermarché. Nous avons passé un bon séjour tranquille et la propriétaire est top car elle répond très rapidement. Les informations pour la prises des clés ont été bien géré. Merci beaucoup pour le sérieux.

Die Unterkunft sehr schön und sauber. Im Haus war alles was man braucht. Stand ca.300m . Supermarkt 150m. Gute Restaurants waren schwerer zu finden

Bon séjour dans l'ensemble

La maison est vraiment très bien située et agréable. Le bémol rencontré lors du séjour : le volet de la chambre principale ne fonctionnait pas donc on n'a pas pu ouvrir la fenêtre de tout le séjour. Je l'ai signalé mais personne ne m'a jamais répondu. La tempête à gâché notre séjour, nous avons quitté la maison 2 jours avant. Le prix du nettoyage est vraiment trop excessif. C'est la première fois que le nettoyage est payant. DOMMAGE

Location très agréable

La maison est très agréable, très propre, calme et située très près de la mer... Le jardin est appréciable. La maison est au calme dans une voie privée . c'est idéal pour les enfants. Nous recommandons cette jolie maison.
