Costa Blanca, in Dénia, sea front apartment, 3 rooms 70 m² + terrace 13 m², sleeps 4/6 (ideal for 4 people so as not to use the sofa bed in the living room where the television is located) on the 2nd and last floor with lift in a small luxury residence with 12 apartments. Sea and beach view from all rooms, separate kitchen, 2 shower rooms with WC, washing machine, dishwasher, French TNT TV, air conditioning .WI-FI. swimming pool, garden, covered parking in residence, collective barbecue.

Reception and cleaning 75 €
