The house was in a great location and was a great size and layout, but nothing had been updated in years!! We had a problem with the guest shower(no hot water) and the bedside lamp in the master bedroom was not working. Don responded about the shower and I tested the water in the bathroom and it was warm so assumed that it was working. He did not address the bedside lamp. A day later there wasn't any hot water in the guest bathroom again. I reached out again but did not get a response. So I called and they were very apologetic and sent someone over to fix the shower. The other issue was that there is very little outdoor space and the furniture was ok. No lounges... There was a boat lift but there was a boat on it and on one of the days a gentleman just came over without any notice and started working on the boat. Because the house is almost all windows it was a little disturbing. Overall the location and size were great but for the cost I would not recommend staying here unless they did some major updates to the furniture...
