Getting Around:

Our prime location in the heart of downtown Charleston at 235 Meeting Street makes exploring the city effortless on foot, as most major attractions are within a short walk. For guests arriving by air, the Charleston International Airport is approximately a twenty minute drive from the property. While we do not offer on-site parking, there are several convenient paid parking garages and surface lots available just a short distance from the building. We recommend using ride sharing services or taxis for easy transit around the historic district if you prefer not to drive.

Great location within walking distance to the marketplace and many restaurants. Cute one bedroom with a balcony and adjacent terrace. There is a parking garage right next to this building which is really convenient if you’re driving.The only minor complaint is the elevator is rreeeaaallllyyy slow and hot , but thankful there was an elevator.Take extra washcloths as well.We will consider renting this location again on future visits because of the great location and the apartment air conditioning was excellent during the extremely hot and humid weather we were blessed with.🥶

Loved the condo! Great view right on the channel that ships come in on so that was fun to watch. It was a little far to walk, especially in a hot day, to the main food and center of town. Super easy drive, parking isnt cheap, so I'd recommend uber/Lyftbut shouldn't be much because it isnt far. There is a walking path to along the river that you can take to walk to riverfront restaurants but again a litttle far than we would like to walk to dinner and back to get to places like Vic's on the river and High Cotton, I think was the name of the place we enjoyed.

Incredible location in the heart of Charleston. Our host, Matthew, was great - very prompt and helpful in communication. Small thing, our fault -- the 24 hour midnight reset on parking got us once on the second day when we left the garage in the am and were charged 48 (24 for first day, 24 for the early morning hours).

As they say, location is everything. Walkable to everywhere and great restaurants downstairs and down the street. We had a nice four day stay. Shopping, carriage rides, historical tours with good old fashioned Southern Charm permeated our visit. Everything is generally within a fifteen minute walk. Have fun staying at the unit. Cheers

Charleston is a very walkable town and this property is very well positioned for that. We came for Spoleto and could easily walk to all venues and restaurants. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and just the right size for us. Thank you to Matt for being a great host

Perfect location in downtown Charleston!Everywhere we wanted to go was within 15 minutes or less walking distance. Hyman's (one of the world's most legendary restaurants) is right around the corner. The unit was exactly what we wanted - great location that had a vintage vibe with modern amenities. Matt was our host and was very helpful and responsive..answered all our questions. Highly recommended!

It was the perfect location for exploring the city, right near Market St. and King St. The room was very clean and the space was really cute. It was spacious and the outdoor space was wonderful. Prepare to pay to park, which is understandable and reasonable based on prices to park in the city.

Location was impeccable! We didnt have to drive anywhere, everything was within walking distance! So awesome to have a restaurant right under it. Super close to the Charleston market. If you like sleeping in the complete dark, the bedroom provides that!Nice little rooftop patio to unwind or for a couple drinks before you go out!
