Great place to stay during our trip to the national parks. Bed was very comfortable & the kitchen had everything we needed. Pool area at the resort was very nice as well.

The room was visually square with the construction workers directly outside of our room. Their work started about 7am and it was loud. The workers played music as well. The vrbo did not warn us of this situation. The workers could easily see us and we could not wake up in peace and quiet. We have requested a partial refund with no response yet. At least one free night would be nice. The resort could not offer us a reasonable solution. The resort was totally booked.

Nice property but it’s a timeshare so no restaurant, etc. quite a distance from Banff and Lake Louise but a nice quiet town!

Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
Bed and sofa pull out were AWFUL!!! Most of the outlets did not work. SO much construction on property in way of views that is advertised. I would look elsewhere. Also it is far from where anything is located.
